Without accurate information, sellers are at beat, guessing about their homes true value and often they guess wrong.
The National Association of Realtors surveyed recently closed sellers found that those who went it alone sold their homes for, on average 20 percent less than sellers who worked with a Realtor. And that's only the hard cost-let's look at the softer costs of selling a home. There are marketing dollars advertising, attorney fees, time off from work to show your property.
