As of January 15, 2013 the San Jacinto River authority is reporting water levels on Lake Conroe to be at 198.15 feet with the normal pool of 201 feet. Hopefully the water levels will be back to normal by the summertime, which in return will help home sales around the Lake Conroe area. The past few summers have been tough for sellers on the lake due to the low water levels, when the lake is low the traffic on and around the lake is scarce. I hope to see the water levels up and the traffic on and around the lake busy, which should make for good 2013 summer.
