It's Texas hot weather and we are seeing the temperatures rise early in the summer again this year. This makes going outside unbearable at times especially during the mid day. The best ways to keep cool is always have a water bottle or source of water with you at all times. Keep hydrated. Also, don't forget about your pets outside. Make sure they have a cool place to rest and also have plenty of drinking water. One of the best ways to cool down if you get over heated, is to get a towel/rag and wet it with cool water and put around your neck or even on your head. This will cool down your body from the top down. Be careful and exercise outdoors early in the morning or late in the day. Go out and have some fun in the water in your neighborhood pool, your own backyard pool or enjoy our Lake Conroe! Stay Cool!
