Tailgaiting can be an all-day munch fest for many. To avoid too many of the "bad " foods come prepared. Bring a veggie tray so you can try all those great dips but with veggies instead of chips. Bring a bowl of fresh fruit or a healthy pasta salad with whole grain pasta. Fruits, veggies, and whole grains will help you stay satisfied longer.
