It seems like such a simple thing to go out and buy a new home. You know; you go out, look at a home, know that it is the right one, pull out a checkbook and buy it, right?! It's kind of like Christmas shopping at the mall. WRONG!!!!!
Oh, I wish it were that simple. My job would be so much easier and you, the buyer, would be so much happier. Usually, a buyer knows a year to six months before he/she will be buying a home and there are things that you can do to insure that things move smoothly during the process.
